108 Texas counties recorded births in 2024 and report no Offices-of-Lawyers establishment, covering 9,136 births. Gaines recorded 476, Moore recorded 403 and San Jacinto recorded 353. County Business Patterns carries no establishment figure for those 108 Texas counties, rather than a published zero, so read it as none reported.
Zero establishments does not mean nobody in Gaines or the other 107 has a lawyer. It means no office sits there, so they are served from elsewhere in Texas.
