Before the call

Who is this for?

Law firm owners, partners, marketing leaders, and intake leaders who want to grow a birth injury practice. The work is designed for firms that handle these matters directly or through established co-counsel relationships and have resources for careful case review.

Do we need complete performance data?

No. Current spending, inquiry volume, and signed-case figures are useful when readily available, but estimates are enough for the conversation. Detailed preparation is optional.

Is this a sales call?

Yes. It is a chance to discuss working together, ask questions, and understand the pricing. The call is an initial conversation; the three-week diagnostic is a separate paid engagement.

Do we have to start with the diagnostic?

No. A clearly defined need supported by reliable information may lead directly to a retainer. The diagnostic is useful when more investigation is needed before choosing the work and budget.

What if no suitable times appear?

Send two or three alternatives through the contact form. A time request is not a confirmed appointment until a time is agreed.

For families seeking legal help

This call is about marketing services for law firms, not a consultation about a possible birth injury claim. Contact a qualified attorney or an appropriate lawyer-referral resource for legal assistance.
